Schedule Requirements

Work 40-45 hours per week
Work 5 days a week – Most days will be 5 A.M. – 2:30 P.M.
Night projects will be shared evenly amongst the entire Maintenance Team
Participate in the On Call rotation, shared evenly amongst the Maintenance Team

Work Environment:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

Be able to lift up to 50 lb.
Standing, bending, walking and climbing ladders and lifts
Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

What You'll Do:

Assist with the installation and maintaining of equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot and resolve all emergency maintenance issues.
Reduce downtime at all locations through repairing and preventative maintenance
Replace worn out equipment
Assist with training Site and Assistant managers to execute small repairs.
Attend and participate in any training programs assigned.

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of maintenance experience, or combination of training, school, and experience. Mechanical proficiency in basic hydraulics, plumbing, maintenance, and repair.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule; nights and weekends. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and mobile applications. • Excellent attention to detail, problem solving ability and time management expertise.
Applicants must have a valid drivers license, current insurance, a clean driving record with the ability to travel site to site.
3 phase electrical or electrical controls experience is a definite plus!
